This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs how Films Applied Strategic Training, LLC d/b/a FAST Films (“FAST”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information that is collected through the website available at www.fastfilmstraining.com, including its subpages and any other website that posts a link to this Privacy Policy (the “Website”). FAST reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without notice, as reflected in the “last updated” date above. When changes are made to this Privacy Policy, FAST will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If FAST makes any material changes, it may also notify you by other methods. Your continued use of the Website after FAST has posted any Privacy Policy changes indicates your agreement to such changes.   The terms and conditions of use available at FAST Films Terms and Conditions
are incorporated herein by reference (the “Agreement”) and the terms of this Privacy Policy is subject to the Agreement. As noted in the Agreement, by using the Course and/or Website you accept and acknowledge that you are bound by this Privacy Policy.  

Information collected



FAST collects information about you when you submit information through the Website, including your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and facsimile number. If you apply for a job, FAST may also collect professional, educational, or employment‐related information, including resume, certifications, eligibility documentation, and demographic information.   In addition to personal information you provide to FAST, FAST may also collect personal information through the use of tracking techologies such as cookies, web beacons on the Website, including your IP address, browser type, browser versions, browser language, browser plug-in type and version, country and time zone, URLs that refer visitors to the Webiste, dates and times of visits to the Website, page views and site navigation, and duration of activity on the Website.   ·      Cookies: A cookie is data stored on your computer that tracks non-personal information about you. The purpose of of this technology is so that FAST may analyze the effectiveness of its marketing efforts, the quality of the Website, and the products and services provided.   ·      Location Tracking: An IP address (also called Internet address) must be assigned to devices that access the internet. IP addresses are used to make the connection between your device and the websites and services you use. You can’t prevent a website or app from getting the IP address of your device. Your IP address includes some general information about your device location and FAST uses that information to display your approximate location in the Website. FAST identifies your device’s approximate location from your IP address. FAST does this to provide you a customized experience on our Website, including the display of location-based information that is relevant to you.   The Website is meant for adults and those who have reached the age of majority. FAST does not knowingly collect personal information from children and is not liable for any unauthorized use of the Website by minors.

  FAST may convert, or permit others to convert, your personal information into deidentified, anoymized, or aggregated, as permitted by applicable law.   FAST will not sell any personal information you submit to any third party without prior written notice to you and an opportunity for you to opt-out of such sale, provided, however, that FAST is permitted to sell your information in the event of a merger, acquisition, change of control, or sale of substantially all of its assets or business (or any substantially similar transaction).

Protection of the information collected


FAST takes reasonable security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. FAST values your privacy. If you have a registered account on the Website, you may be able to update your personal information and preferences through your account settings. You may also opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from FAST by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.
